We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to return an item. That’s why we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and return the item for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked!
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at Support@ClothedByEternity.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Return Conditions
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of the return authorization being issued.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
